I am a multidisciplinary professional with experience in operations management, business administration, customer service, team leadership, and process improvement. I have a Master’s degree in Business Leadership and Management and am currently completing my Doctorate in Management, while also having an academic background in accounting, engineering, and military sciences.

Throughout my career, I have managed daily operations, coordinated teams and suppliers, handled financial and inventory responsibilities, supported customers, developed training materials, and solved operational and technical problems across different industries. My current role in monitoring and support has strengthened my ability to work remotely, communicate effectively with different teams, troubleshoot issues, and maintain organized workflows.

What makes me stand out is the combination of leadership, analytical thinking, discipline, adaptability, and hands-on business experience.
