Johnny Awwad

I worked in service as a host, waiter, and monitor. As a host I was the first person guests saw, so I learned how to stay calm and welcoming even when we were fully booked. As a waiter I handled orders, stayed fast during rush hour, and dealt directly with customers. Later as a monitor I stepped up to support the team, make sure everything was clean and correct, and help new staff learn the job. It taught me how to work fast, communicate clearly, and keep my cool when it’s busy.
