I treat my classroom like a workshop, not a lecture hall—focusing on active, hands-on learning that connects what we're studying to real-world problems. Over the past 3 years teaching chemistry and biology for complementary classes, I’ve found that students engage best when they feel heard and challenged in equal measure. What makes my approach unique is my ability to quickly adapt to how different students think, breaking down tough concepts without losing rigor. I show up with high energy every day, building a space where mistake-making is part of the process and students walk away genuine confidence, not just good test scores.
