As an active member of the Beirut Bar Association with six years of experience in private practice, firm litigation, and corporate advisory, I have built a career centered on clear legal strategy, meticulous contract drafting, and reliable client representation. Managing my independent practice in Jdeideh has allowed me to oversee all aspects of civil and commercial legal work. In this role, I direct overall case strategy, assess legal risks, and handle negotiations and client representation directly before courts and administrative bodies. Running my own practice has deepened my commercial awareness and refined my ability to resolve complex legal challenges autonomously. My practical experience extends across reputable law firms and corporate environments. During my time as an Associate at BLK Partners and a Junior Associate at Farah & Chidiac Law Firm, I regularly handled court hearings, conducted detailed legal research, and drafted major commercial instruments, including joint venture and shareholders' agreements. In addition, my work advising Labaky’s Factory for Stones and Marble has given me practical insight into managing corporate risk. Among other matters, I successfully negotiated and structured a key settlement agreement with a major banking institution to protect the business's interests while achieving a clear resolution. I hold a Master’s degree in Private Law from Sagesse University and a Bachelor of Law and Political Science from Notre Dame University.
